Forever New/Mobile Alerts are SMS messages that are sent to opted-in users that contain promotional content for Forever New customers. After an initial confirmation SMS message, users receive up to 3 SMS messages per month.
How do I sign up for Forever New/Mobile Alerts?
Sign up for Forever New/Mobile Alerts by texting “FOREVER” to 61419466264. You can also sign up online through the subscription form or by managing your preferences via My Account. By signing up, you will receive up to 3 Forever New/Mobile Alerts SMS marketing messages per month. By signing up to the Forever New/Mobile Alerts you agree to receive SMS messages. The service is a recurring message program.
Is it free?
Forever New/Mobile Alerts are complimentary, however, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Please check with your carrier, which rates may apply.
What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?
To stop receiving all Forever New/Mobile Alert messages, simply text STOP to the long code 61419466264 . Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.
What if I want to opt back in?
You can start receiving Forever New/Mobile Alerts messages again by following any of the steps outlined in the above section: “How do I sign up for Forever New/Mobile Alerts”.
What if I want more info?
To request more info, simply text HELP to the long code 61419466264.
STOP: At any time, you can text STOP to the long code 61419466264. This will prevent you from receiving any future Forever New Alerts, following the confirmation message(s) described above in the “What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?” section.

How are the messages sent?
We may use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt in.
