Carolyn is a global retail executive with over 30 years' experience in leading fashion and lifestyle businesses around the world. As Managing Director, she has successfully steered Forever New's evolution from a single market retailer to an internationally recognised brand.

development, and digital transformation, Carolyn plays a pivotal role in driving growth and turning customer insight into innovation. She is passionate about empowering high-performing teams and building brands that stay relevant and resonate with customers over time.

The founder and CEO of Forever New remains just as enthusiastic and engaged with the brand as he was in 2006 at its inception. His hands-on, approachable demeanour and commitment to refined style are valued by his teams worldwide.
