Wellington and Riccarton stores now open


In line with easing of COVID-19 restrictions in parts of NZ, our Wellington and Riccarton stores are now open.

Impacts to orders or returns in the Auckland area

 

Due to current lockdown restrictions impacting the Auckland area, there may be delays relating to your order or returns. For updates and estimated delivery/return times please use your tracking number as provided. We will work to process orders as soon as Lockdown restrictions allow, our apologies for the delay & any impact caused.

Our Wellington and Riccarton will re open from 08.09.21, we look forward to seeing you back in store.

 

All our Auckland stores will reopen when it is safe to do so, inline with goverment directives.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we've temporarily closed our Albany, Auckland CBD, Newmarket, Onehunga and Sylvia Park stores in Auckland.

 

You can still shop with us online or in-store in Hamilton, Riccarton and Wellington.

 

We are constantly monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on further changes.

We have implemented the following measures to ensure your safety: 

  • Contactless payment
  • Hand sanitizer for customer use
  • Team training on physical distancing
  • Thorough and regular store-cleaning and disinfection
  • Physical distancing measures and customer entry limits
  • Amended store hours

 We've also made shopping safer with the option to:

  • Click and collect to limit your time away from home
  • Easy 14-day exchange and returns for customers who prefer not to try on their purchases in-store
  • Contactless styling

ONLINE AND DELIVERIES

Our online store has re-opened with delivery to your door.

Due to high demand, New Zealand Post is experiencing some delays including updates to delivery notifications.

Rest assured, your order will still be dispatched on time and on its way to you as soon as possible. 


RETURNS

We have extended our returns policy for an extra 14 days after Auckland stores (temporarily closed due to COVID-19 restrictions) re-open. This will apply to all purchases made on or after 28 July 2020.
