As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to have significant impact, we want to communicate how we are responding at Forever New. It goes without saying this is a challenging period for us all. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our community first.



Our New Zealand stores will be closed from Tuesday, 24th March 2020.


Our online store has re-opened with delivery to your door in 2-5 business days.


Due to the unforeseen circumstances owe will be extending our returns policy for an extra 14 days post operations re-opening, for all purchases made on or after 10th March 2020. 


You are still able to process all online purchases through our onsite returns portal
