As the Covid-19 outbreak continues to have significant impact, we want to communicate how we are responding at Forever New. It goes without saying this is a challenging period for us all. We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our community first.


STORES

We are excited to announce that all Forever New stores in New Zealand  have re-opened this week. We recognise this has only been possible due to the incredible efforts from our community and healthcare workers and are so grateful.

 

We have implemented the following measures to ensure your safety: 

  • Contactless payment
  • Hand sanitizer for customer use
  • Team training on physical distancing
  • Thorough and regular store-cleaning and disinfection
  • Physical distancing measures and customer entry limits
  • Amended store hours

 We've also made shopping safer with the option to:

  • Click and collect to limit your time away from home
  • Easy 14-day exchange and returns for customers who prefer not to try on their purchases in-store
  • Contactless styling

ONLINE AND DELIVERIES

Our online store has re-opened with delivery to your door.

Due to high demand, New Zealand Post is experiencing some delays including updates to delivery notifications.

Rest assured, your order will still be dispatched on time and on its way to you as soon as possible. 


RETURNS

We have extended our returns policy for an extra 14 days after your closest store re-opens, for online and in-store. Purchases made on or after the 11th of March 2020 can be returned until 28th of May 2020.
