E-Gift Cards

You can purchase Forever New e-gift cards on this website in denominations of NZD $20, $30, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. E-gift cards can be redeemed on this website or at any Forever New stores in New Zealand.

E-gift cards are sent via email and do not incur any delivery fees.

The purchase of e-gift cards are excluded from any sale or promotion and do not count towards your Forever You Rewards balance.

In-store Gift Cards

You can purchase Forever New in-store gift cards in denominations of NZD $10 to $1000 in any of our New Zealand stores. In-store gift cards purchased within New Zealand can be redeemed on this website or at any Forever New stores in New Zealand.

The purchase of in-store gift cards are excluded from any sale or promotion and do not count towards your Forever You Rewards balance.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Allow up to 24 hours for card to be activated. Redeemable on merchandise (excluding gift card purchases) at Forever New stores in New Zealand or at forevernew.co.nz. Card is not redeemable for cash, not refundable, not re-loadable and is not a negotiable instrument. No change given in cash for unused balance in-store. Unused balance will not be refunded after card expiry. Card should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be refunded or replaced. Not valid in department stores or other websites. Card has no value until activated. Card expires 12 months after activation date. Check card balance in-store or call 0800 100 635 (weekdays). Gift Card balance queries

To view your gift card balance, please select one of the following options:

• When purchasing online you can view your gift card balance at the checkout
• When logged into your My Account, you can check your gift card status and balance.
• In-store
• Contact our customer service team on 0800 100 635 Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm NZT).
